Before the Tour, I will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring proper traveling documents (passport, etc.)
  • Acquiring proper visas for Europe, if necessary
  • (If a minor) Having someone other than the tour leaders vouch for me and my safety during the tour
  • Paying the deposit, then the full amount, by April 1, 2026 at the latest

During the Tour, I will be responsible for:

  • Paying attention to the tour leader's location so I don't get lost
  • Communicating with the tour leader if I decide to split from the group

I also understand that:

  • On some days I might walk approximately 3–4 miles (with breaks)
  • The itinerary might slightly change during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances
  • While the tour leaders will do their best to arrange free pick-up at Washington Dulles Airport and drop-off at Chicago O'Hare Airport, this service will depend on my arrival/departure time

Limits of Responsibility

While the 2027 American Reformation Tour leaders will do their best to assist me in cases of need, I understand that Weimar University and Great Controversy Tours will not be held responsible for: flight delays and cancellations; medical emergencies; personal injuries and accidents; or personal loss of luggage or any goods.

In case of canceling my reservation or the tour, I accept the tour's cancellation policy.
