4Tour Agreement

Before the Tour, I will be responsible for:

Acquiring proper traveling documents (passport, etc.)
Acquiring proper visas for Europe, if necessary
(If a minor) Having someone other than the tour leaders vouch for me and my safety during the tour
Paying the deposit, then the full amount, by April 1, 2026 at the latest

During the Tour, I will be responsible for:

Paying attention to the tour leader's location so I don't get lost
Communicating with the tour leader if I decide to split from the group

I also understand that:

On some days I might walk approximately 3–4 miles (with breaks)
The itinerary might slightly change during the tour due to unforeseen circumstances
While the tour leaders will do their best to arrange free pick-up at Washington Dulles Airport and drop-off at Chicago O'Hare Airport, this service will depend on my arrival/departure time

Limits of Responsibility

While the 2027 American Reformation Tour leaders will do their best to assist me in cases of need, I understand that Weimar University and Great Controversy Tours will not be held responsible for: flight delays and cancellations; medical emergencies; personal injuries and accidents; or personal loss of luggage or any goods.

In case of canceling my reservation or the tour, I accept the tour's cancellation policy.
