Terms & Conditions Agreement

By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all of the following:

• I will acquire proper travel documents (passport, etc.).
• I will acquire proper visas for Europe if required.
• If I am a minor, I will have someone other than the tour leaders vouch for my safety.
• I will pay the required deposit and full tour amount by April 1, 2026.
• I will pay attention to the tour leader’s location and remain with the group.
• I will communicate with the tour leader if I choose to separate from the group.
• I understand that I may walk approximately 3–4 miles on some days.
• I understand that the itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• I understand that airport pickup and drop-off depend on my arrival and departure times.
• I understand that the tour leaders are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations.
• I understand that the tour leaders are not responsible for medical emergencies.
• I understand that the tour leaders are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
• I understand that the tour leaders are not responsible for lost belongings.
• I accept the Reformation Tour cancellation policy.
